Our staff invests the extra time to help you understand each step of the design and building process. We provide you with the tools to be active in the building of your home. Frequent and consistent communication is very important during the building process. Regular meetings will be held with you to discuss the progress of construction, interior and exterior design selections, construction budget, schedule, and respond to any questions or concerns. We believe any construction project begins with a process that is well managed from beginning to end.

We issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders so we have real-time accounting at any phase of construction. Our accounting staff processes all invoices and prepares monthly draw packets for your review so you can focus on the more enjoyable aspects of the building of your new home. We also require signed lien releases for all payments made to subcontractors and vendors.
